Turquoise stone was missing from the hair jewelry

I’m not happy with this necklace at all. I opened the box and the necklace was broken (I had to fix it myself) and there is a huge stone missing. Would never order again.

Few stones are loose and few are not in a particular position. Also the borders are not finished. Not satisfied with the price so not with the purchase.
