One of the worst and most useless machines ever made. Don’t waste your money! I purchased this machine and noticed on the very first day that it was defective. I immediately requested a return, but after five months, no one has come to pick it up. I’ve made over 100 calls to both the manufacturer and Amazon — they just keep passing me back and forth, and no one takes responsibility. I still haven’t received my refund. Please protect your wallet and avoid buying from this seller!

Don’t get this unless you have a background as an ice cream machine technician. It is not user-friendly AT ALL. You get random beeping throughout the operation and no error messages that are useful or help guide you to troubleshoot. Spend some time reading reviews and watching online videos on this machine before purchasing. I did and, I have an engineering background, said to myself “how hard can it be, I do all of my maintenance in the shop”. This is a waste of time and it wastes a lot of product. This review is after a few weeks of use and giving it the benefit of the doubt at first since I’m a new user.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Machine did not work properly from the beginning as it would not make the soft serve firm enough to put on a cone. Customer and technical support was extremely unhelpful. Amazon escalated the issue for me, but in the end they told me to get a refund from Amazon after 2 months of back and forth. Not only do I recommend avoiding this product, but given the poor customer support, to avoid the manufacturer entirely.
