UPDATE: TWO FAILED IN 20 MINUTES OF USE--- IT WORKS! Small LEDs, LED floods, it works great
The media could not be loaded. The SECOND ONE I got has failed after 20 minutes of testing in the Jeep. I put in yet another (third) I had and it is working - for who know how long. Waiting on a response from Customer service as the Amazon return is past...ORIGINAL REVIEW PRIOR TO INSTALL: I built a little relay circuit to use three switches to turn on the front floods, turn on the rear two floods, and the third switch to override them and run the lights off the flasher. It works great. The schematic is attached. The first wagger I got worked for a few minutes them failed with all light on and only one side flashing. Amazon sent a replacement, I returned the bad one, and two days later I am back up and testing. Will install in my Jeep and my Yukon XL as soon as the weather subsides. This is a great solution if you are considering adding flashers to your vehicle, since it uses the existing lights and they can be more substantial than a lot of flashers. Really like this thing.

Looks great
I bought this for my high beams and flush mount offroad bumper lights. I set it up to flash them in an X pattern (driver top/passenger bottom, passenger top/driver bottom), and it looks awesome. My lights are all LEDs, not sure halogens would strobe properly and it'd probably be unhealthy for them anyway. My high beams are both on the same circuit, so I had to use one-way diodes. Very easy to do, just splice a diode into the positive wire on each light you're using, then splice the wigwag module between the diode and the light. If both lights flash at the same time, you need diodes. I set mine up to run both from a switch, and whenever the horn is activated. My horn is run through a 30a relay, I don't recommend using stock horn wiring to power this. Now for the tricky part. My headlights are negative switched, but the module is positive strobed. I had to use a relay harness to convert my headlights to positive switched to make them work with this. If you don't know what that entails, I highly recommend you use a qualified installer instead of trying to figure it out yourself.

Perfect for my needs
The media could not be loaded. I put a set of white/amber LED running board strips on my truck's headache rack to use as a custom low-profile hazard strobe when helping people in the snow, and I used this module to "sync" them with the Fastwagger 240 on my headlights. Works great, I'll definitely be ordering another for more strips when my custom rock slider running boards are finished.
