I bought one of these to keep an eye on cows I had in a shed. The camera was that good I ended up buying another one for my parents house. This camera has everything; the camera picture is brilliant, the motion detector is very good and having the extra ability to speak on the app to anyone who is at your house is really good. The way you can turn the camera to see around my property at different angles, the night light mode. Not only does it have a sim card for recording, but if you dont have a sim in it still takes pictures of anything that triggers the motion detector and stores it in the app for 2 weeks. I have professional cameras installed that cost me a fortune but are planning to buy more of these to fit around my parents house. I also have recommended these cameras to so many people as they are really good quality at a good price Easy to install the app with no subscription fees, the camera easy to set up with the app.

I have had my camera for over two years now and have been impressed with the picture quality, sound and reliability which was much better than a previous infra-red system I had. It does give reassurance being able to check things are OK when away from home and the sound even allows me to check my dogs are not barking when away for short periods of time. I recently emailed product support as I switched broadband provider and had difficulty connecting to the new system. Although my warranty was out they gave really helpful advice and I was able to get everything sorted again.

PROS:- +Image quality and video playback are much superior to other similar CCTV cameras. Compared to Blink 4 Outdoors, for instance, this camera is significantly better! +This is a huge amount of camera for the money involved! It's feature rich and very capable! +Motion tracking and PTZ work very well considering the price point of this camera! +Very easy installation. Coming from other, more expensive CCTV systems, like Blink, this was incredibly easy and pain-free! +Alerts can be configured and silenced if needed. +Bright LED Lights and good quality night vision capabilities. +All saved videos are encrypted on to the microSD card (upto 128GB) **Not included. +Access to camera can be shared with other users (registration required through ieGeek). +Can take snapshots and recordings manually. CONS:- - There is ZERO mention in the description that the advertised AI capabilities (only notifying you on human activity) are charged ADDITIONALLY on a monthly basis. - Locating saved footage can be somewhat cumbersome and fiddly. - The camera antennas are not very powerful. I'm getting 3 out of 5 connection quality bars through a solid wall approximately 3.5mtrs away from my router. However, the camera doesn't seem to struggle because of this. - Due to video encryption the replayed fisher may lag slightly at times. - Aimee features within the app can be confusing to locate, activate and deactivate. For instance, if you don't require the LED light to activate when motion is detected, you need to select 'black & white night vision'. A simple toggle would have been much better. -The 3mtre power cable is fixed to the camera and is USB A. You may want to get a USB A Male to Female extender for longer distances to your nearest plug socket. A USB A power adaptor is included, however! Tested using Android16 mobile phones and 1Gbps Fibre Internet. Overall; HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There are some niggles as detailed above but for this pricepoint, it exceeded my expectations, massively. I'm happy to replace my Blink and other expensive cameras with these.

One of the main reasons I opted for this camera was that it was powered by USB, which makes this very easy to set up and add a USB extension to reach a power socket. I'm using mine inside a garage and the night vision (which is a black and white image) works extremly well and is completely clear. You can also set the camera to turn on its own led lights and then go into full colour if motion is dectected. When I open the garage door it picks me up straight away and sends a notification to my phone, and it picks me up day or night no trouble. I have had no false alarms either which is great. The only slight critism I would say is that it doesn't seem to get the best wifi signal despite it's dual antenna. I have this mounted to the back wall of my garage, and this wall is shared with the house (i.e. the other side of the wall is my hallway). The router is placed on the other side of this wall, approximately 2 meters in height difference. During installation one thing it checks is signal strength, and mine came back saying its signal was weak and that it's not suitable for installation. I moved the camera around a bit to try and get a better signal (to the point where I knew my router was literally just the other side of the wall) but it still didnt really improve any and was still showing as 'unsuitable'. You can ignore / bypass this though, which I did and it still works absolutely fine. Mine shows a signal strength of about 55%. If I compare this to my iphone, when I'm in the garage I get full stength wifi signal no matter where I am, so I don't see why this camera struggles so much given it's using two fairly large arials and my iphone with no visable arial can get a full signal. Despite this signal issue, it still transmits image fine to my phone and I can make adjustments to the camera from my phone and it responds almost instantly, so I have no real complaints and its serving its intented purpose just fine. However, it has made me question as to whether I would bother buying another one for the exterior / front of my property which would be even further from the router. I am using a Sky hub with super fast fibre broadband. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

Good camera and good price, only problem is if you change your phone you can just add the app to new phone and check your cameras you have to reset it all up again and if installed outside means climbing up ladders having to reconnect it again. Why cant it just transfer with the app on new phone when you sign into the app?
