Hot and cold bag is a very useful product. I liked it very much for any kind of body pain. You can definitely order it.

Unable to use due to leakages
Upon receiving I found the bag leaking and unable to use

Received 9" product instead of 6" one..
The product and its packaging is good. The product is new, fine and seems to be good enough. But I totally disappointed wtih the size I've received. I've ordered 6" but received 9". Eventhough the price is little high, I bought this product as its of 6" size and a good one. So, when I try to replace the item, I've got "This item isn't eligible for return", which is totally disappointing me. That's why I had given 4 star rating. Let me know, if any other possibilities for a replace.
