Homeopathy is very specific and all about detailed symptoms. Each remedy has a lot of different uses. I have a 3 month old baby girl, so I'm up a lot at night and pretty much stay exhausted. I use Cocculus for when my sleep pattern is so disturbed that I get a headache. I only have to dose once and my headache is gone. It works so well for that. It doesn't affect our daughter or breastmilk production either. My husband has used Cocculus for motion sickness (dizzy and nauseous, but not improved with fresh air). It doesn't make him drowsy like dramamine. There are other remedies for headaches and motion sickness, so you just have to know which remedy fits your specific symptoms. Also, you can take 1 pellet and it works just fine. More pellets does not equal more effect in homeopathy. Cocculus stays in our family kit because I need it a lot right now. Really great for sleep headaches!!

My go to for motion sickness. I also have ginger chews just in case, helps with the nausea as well as sea bands. All my life I have suffered from motion sickness on flights. Used to take 1/2 of a Dramamine pill but unfortunately the effects would last for almost 2 days. These homeopathic pellets have worked wonderfully for me. The key is to start taking them 30-45 mins before your flight. I would take them again in intervals of 30 min before take off. So maybe a total of about 5 doses. In air is fine no need for them. About a hour before landing I would begin repeat the doses in 20-30 intervals. Worked like a charm, no lasting side effects.
