Pretty good book, the color photos are great, color really is everything and is why I grabbed this book! The instructions appear to be very clear

A refreshing and wonderfully colorful approach to crochet blocks with several project examples and instructions. Each pattern has options for different color choices. I am eager to get started on my own afghan using the designs in this book. I plan to purchase a hard copy soon.

This is absolutely hilarious! I spent $30 on a used book. Came from the Norfolk Library and 15 people had already checked it out according to the library card. It is in very good condition though and has a plastic cover. Not an issue really, I just bought it for the design ideas. The patterns are the old fashion style with amazing colors. Can never get enough of those ideas, but I shouldn't have paid more than $5. For some reason I didnt realize it was coming from the UK.

Full of cute and fun crochet blanket patterns! I am going to enjoy working on these projects. while i love the book itself and definitely feel its worth the price paid and worth buying, the Book shipped and arrived several days past the expected time frame. I waited a bit over 2 weeks in total with very little shipping updates. I think this was because of the combination of the chaos in the big city of chicago where it shipped from in that same time frame and also personel restrictions in the shipping industry due to covid so I dont know if the seller is really to blame here. They apparently also used a third party shipping partner of the usps instead of direct usps interactions. Either way the book did finally arrive in excellent condition.

I just scanned the book, haven't made anything yet. I was awed on how beautiful the layout was. I love the color suggestions...Inspiring... will be buying my yarns soon!

Amazing colors and designs. Only problem I can see when making one of these beautiful blankets is in remembering to use American crochet stitches in place of the UK.

The colors and diagrams are lovely. I'd like to get into practice with crochet before attempting these and may try a few blocks before investing in lots of new yarn. Since this book is from the UK, there are some nuances in terminology that need translated for single crochet, double crochet, etc. Also the hook sizes differ. The graphs and charts seem pretty easy to follow, though I'm confused by the color changes, but hope to figure that out when the time comes. I haven't crocheted in years, so will probably start with some simple motifs. Lovely book!

Bought it used and is in perfect shape. Easy to follow patterns with layout diagrams for finishing. Options are given as to types of yarn suitable for each project.

Liking everything so far, colourful and inspiring. At first I had to take some time working out how to approach the patterns as they’re complicated, with layouts and charts but it doesn’t take long to get to grips with it.If you don’t want to take the patterns literally you can easily experiment and use them to inspire your own designs and colour ways.
