Does this singel pipe jet kit (for 2 in. deep well) fp 4048 contain the check valve (inside unit) or need to purchase seperately?

My pvc is 1 inch, will this work? thanks

1. Does this come with detailed instructions? 2. My well pipe is 2 1/2". Will the 2 inch leathers make a good enough seal on 2 1/2"?

How does the suction line hook to the well head adapter?
