Easy to follow instructions. Took about 15-20 minutes to setup. Shipment came in two different deliveries which had me worried at first that parts were missing. Contacted the seller and immediately received a response with all the tracking information. Everything arrived earlier than expected which was great! Love the amount of storage the sectional has. Definitely would buy again.

This couch looks nice, the material feels soft, and the back seat cushions are washable. The thing we don't like is that the back is positioned straight up, at 90 degrees - there's a little flexibility to try to lean back but the seat is not that deep (21")... so you're forced to sit up pretty straight. It's not a couch to sink into.Overall it's a clean and modern looking couch for a reasonable price. The customer service is very quick and helpful.- we were missing two washers and they responded right away.

We are very pleased with this sofa. It’s good quality, the color is beautiful and it’s pretty comfortable. The only thing we wish is that the seats of the sofa were a bit deeper. It’s not too difficult to assemble (and is quite clever how everything goes together) - I would recommend two people however. The customer service is top notch. I reached out to ask a question about delivery - our ottomans were the pieces not in stock at the moment, but they offered kindly to send the couch ahead of time and send the ottomans as soon as they arrived. We got them about a week apart. We appreciated that very much. Over all, we would definitely recommend this, we were surprised just how nice it was for the price.

My husband and I searched for a starter couch that checked all the boxes, decided on this one, and are very happy with our purchase. The colors were listed opposite of their corresponding pictures when we went to order so we contacted the seller and they made sure that everything went smoothly and we received the color we wanted. It got here in multiple boxes which made it more convenient for us to carry up to our apartment and it was very easy to put together. We ran into an issue with one of the arms letting out a creaky noise when pressure was applied to it so we contacted the seller again and they sent us a replacement! We were so happy with the amazing customer service. We also love that it is modular to fit any space, has pillows that zip to the back so they don’t move around too much, and the abundant amount of storage it has in every seat. It’s exactly what we were looking for without spending thousands.

Easy set up , beautiful couch, although delivered sooner than it said, it was delivered next door in the rain and had to dry couch overnight with fan but still a great product and for the price

We wanted a new couch and was looking for something that would be sturdy yet modern and elegant. We really liked the material description and the pictures this seller shows, along with the reviews that customers left on here. We decided to go for it and hope for the best. As soon as we ordered this couch, we received a message letting us know that it would come in separate boxes, as well as the tracking number for each. Delivery was fast and thankfully nothing came broken. Assembling the couch was very easy and quick as well.The couch is a little stiff on the seat, but it's most likely because they're all storage boxes underneath. Like most couches when they're new, they need a little wear until they start becoming softer. But overall, my family is very happy with this purchase and their customer service.

Great value for all the storage plus comfort. Others have mentioned that the seat is on the firm side, which is perfect for us and with use it has gradually softened. Overall, a comfy seat for us. The fabric used is very cozy. It is a modular couch so it's great and easy to be able to adjust to our need/liking. The storage really sold it for us. We have a small home with limited storage and every seat is a storage not just the ottoman like others. Great customer service! If you have any trouble with your purchase, sellers are quick and super helpful in response.

I searched Amazon for countless hours trying to find the perfect couch and am so happy I stumbled upon this one. Not only is it great value, but the quality is fantastic and the storage under each modular cushion can’t be beat. It’s not a cloud couch- so don’t expect to get a ton of airy cushion when you sit on it, but it is still very comfortable and am sure it will break in a bit more as it gets more wear. Seller was super responsive and lovely to work with, and the couch shipped in less than 3 days. Would highly recommend!
