Very good intercom, be sure connections are well seated
I love this. I got the 2 pack and after 15 minutes on each helmet I had the headset installed and the control unit clipped to the side of the helmet. It looks professionally done. I ride a motorized bike with my son and could not hear anything he was saying while riding. Now, I hear every sound he makes and can talk back to him assured that he is hearing me. I have not used it with my phone yet but have connected it.Warnings: be absolutely sure that the head-set is plugged completely into the control unit. I fought this for a day or so but when I figured out that the connection needed to be firm I had no issues.also, if you pair one unit to your phone, make sure that the phone's Bluetooth is off or the units will not pair for the intercom.So far, I love these more and more each time I use them.

Bad connections
At first it was packaged Great and look like a good product. Upon further trying it out, The units had a hard time connecting to each other for intercom communication. When they did connect there was static. When it was clear, they would only stay connected for so long and then disconnect. I am returning them for a refund and going with a Sena unit Which is what I should have done in the first place

Great value, easy to use 2 person communication
We have used these for three years now. They last a good 7-8 hours on a charge when under constant use. We bought a second set to extend that time. Intermittent usage provides 10-12 hours of battery life.

My advice is save for better quality brand
I was really looking to getting these up and running so my wife could enjoy her first riding experience on my Harley. I just could not get these to pair properly and I am what I call tech savvy. Instructions are not that clear so watched a number of videos on YouTube (see to sell well in India) I believe one of them is faulty. Not sure if I can get a replacement?

Do not buy this
I think they are super cool but one thing I was hoping that they both work once you stick it in your helmet you cannot restock it and only one of the work and I got a two set for me and my girlfriend. I highly do not recommend this product. It has faulty manufacturing.

Great product if you're looking for affordable
Great little headset has a great built in radio connects with your phone really easily and pairs with the other unit with no problems. Only complaint is a bit of lag when you press a button. But definitely a great product especially for $35.00 each
