Here's my thorough review of this gadget:For someone who's been wearing fitness watches for quite a few years now, this was something new. I was super interested to try and see how it would work and if it's any use.The app:First of all - app is very user friendly. You download it from the store - JYouPro. Once in it, you take simple steps to create an account and you're good to go.It connected to my ring very fast (I've had issues with watches on a regular basis with that)Step counting:It doesn't seem to record the steps right away real life - every time I open the app, it takes about 10 seconds to sync and then it shows the amount.That being said, I think it's pretty accurate. I'm amazed at technologies nowadays - counting steps from your finger! LolComfort:The ring looks bulky and is definitely thicker than any ring I ever wore. I was afraid it wouldn't be comfortable and I would always feel that something is there. However, that is not the case at all! It fits very well and I don't even notice it's there after a few minutes. The rounded edges help with that. I got a size 8, and that fit my index finger - which is actually where I'm most comfortable having it.Overall:I would recommend it as a gift to someone who has it all, as a toy to treat yourself to something fun, or just something to try out of curiosity.

Charged fully before first using. Charge held great for 8 days. App was a little off, not showing counts in one section but showing up in another section. Fully charged again on day 9, then ring and app quit talking to each other. Bluetooth fully connected but nothing. Sent back for refund.

I like wearing a ring much more than a watch for fitness tracking. It looks very good on as well. I like being able to track my heart rate, sleep and blood oxygen. I bought this mainly for step tracking to try to get my activity up after sitting for 8 hours at a job. That brings me to the bad. This is the 5th day wearing it and I've noticed it will NOT track steps unless Bluetooth and navigation are connected. I've never had to do this with any other tracker and I don't like having those settings on constantly on my phone. I also find it be strange considering it will track my sleep accurately without being connected to my phone. Lastly, it is not true to size and runs small.

Best part was sleep tracking. Very easy to understand as all measurements were. Steps were way off!! O2 saturation was the same every time as was the fatigue. It never changed. Not even by 1 point.Sadly returning due to step count and oxygen sat not being even remotely accurate

I just wanted a basic step and sleep monitor and didn't want to spend too much money so this was the one to get, so happy 👍

Don't really know the functionality of the ring just yet, but I am upset that I am missing a charging case.
