Bought them to add extra clips to my bungee net for my hitch carrier. They work great! Great size and easy on off. And the gate hook helps keep them on when the other end is unhooked. They work well. Would buy again.

These are largely as I expected. Not heavy duty, but I didn't think they would be. The dimensions in the listing photo are "mostly" accurate. However, the 1.5" "gate" is at best unhelpful. It is about 1.5", but the opening in the hook is 1.1", measured with digital calipers. This matches the clearance between the gate and the top of the hook (which is labeled 1" in the photo .... and QC variability could mean sometimes it is only 1"). FWIW, the hook thickness is just under .15" or about 3.75mm.

The item looks just like the picture and the size is also as the description. I bought them for hanging plants so certainly can take the weight. Overall a great product!

I like the size and the fact that it has a spring-loaded clip. Made of hearty metal that looks as if it hold up to the weather.
