No negative points. Ideal for tough jobs in home and can also be used in commercial food houses.Very classy and powerful product this is, it has powerful motor, looks is so good, easy to use, and jars are also of very good quality, fits easily and easy to remove,extra cooling system works so well, I have grind rice in it and it works so well and no autocut happened, I loved the product so much, very low noise in compare to other grinder, overall value for money this is.A very good quality product . Jar got damage
I purchased the Philips mixer grinder around 8 months ago, trusting the brand for quality and durability. Initially, the performance was good – it was powerful, efficient, and did the job well for daily kitchen use.However, I'm quite disappointed that one of the jars has already got damaged in less than a year. I’ve been using the appliance with proper care, and it still cracked without any rough handling or overuse. This raises serious concerns about the material quality of the jars.Considering it's a well-known brand, I expected better durability. Now I have to look for a replacement jar separately, which is frustrating for a fairly new product. Philips should improve the build quality or offer better post-purchase support for such issues.

Worst product
Worst product. Please don't buy . Waste of money . Horrible sound while grinding. Only one medium jar can be used for all purpose. The small jar is waste . Hardly you can grind anything in small jar . Product is not refundable too . Not even replacement option is there. No support from technical team and also from company . I complained , but no proper response . Request everyone don't waste your money . I didn't expect that Philips company will deliver such worst product. Really unhappy and unsatisfied too
