Nice little journal here. Good price, good size, attractive.
I ordered a book about witch craft and one of the first things it says is to get and use a journal. I looked through hundreds of them on Amazon and decided to try this one. I like the journal very much. I also like that it comes in multiple colors, the pages are numbered and lined, and there are two ribbons attached to use as book marks. One is purple and one is grey. There is also a piece of color coordinated elastic to use to hold the journal closed. With all the pretty colors, it and its companions, will look good on the shelf. There's another loop of elastic that will hold a pen! At the front of the journal are a few pages labeled "content." Those could be used to mark chapters or perhaps as an index. It's about 5.75 inches wide, almost 8.5 inches tall, and about 1 inch thick. With over 300 pages there's plenty of room to write your thoughts, spell, incantations, and even draw little pictures as part of your sigil practice. There's even room to glue down your completed sigils you've printed out.Or "homework," if you prefer.Economical enough that when you fill it up, it shouldn't be too hard to buy another. Especially if you catch them on sale. Has a nice weight and heft and feels good in your hands. Overall, I'm pleased with it.

Great journal and sketching diary!
This little journal hits pretty much every requirement I have for a daily diary: It must be able to lay flat when I open it to write in it (though it's a hardback spine, it does indeed lay flat once it's "broken in" and you've used it for awhile). It must not have any lines so I can both journal and draw as inspired (though this does come in a lined version for those who prefer it). It must have a pen-holder so I don't have to worry about my pen getting lost or digging around for one when i want to write or draw. And it must have a bookmark so I'm able to keep track of my progress. But this goes beyond that, and also offers several more things that I've come to love. First, the hardcover is a good quality and holds up to the abuse I put it through as I carry it around with me. It's a good size that easily fits into most of my purses and very easily into any size backpack. It has a stretchy band that also holds it shut when not in use so it doesn't flop open or things you may have put in there fall out. It has good quality thicker pages so when you do write or draw the pen doesn't bleed through (though if it's a very dark pen then it is possible to see the ink on the other side, but overall any standard ink won't be seen through the page at all, making it nice for drawing). And it even comes with a pocket page insert inside so you can store items in there such as cards and notes... or, the most fun surprise of all that it came with: the stencils ! Though I don't use them much, they are a fun little addition to this gem of a diary/notebook.And it comes in several colors. I've gotten two colors so far, I like both, but I plan on getting more of them in each color to have a set. I write a lot, and go through many diaries a year, so I'm very particular about them. And I'm so happy to have found one I truly love that hits all the marks for me.

Beautiful journal, numbered pages, high quality paper, fountain pen friendly
I love this journal so much more than I expected to -- the cover is amazing but the paper is fantastic. It's hard to find truly fountain-pen friendly paper that showcases inks rather than absorbing them or bleeding through, yet this journal's paper highlights both sheen and shade well. The pages are numbered, there's a space for a date in the upper corner of each page, a table of contents you can fill out (which I love and which so many lack) and a pocket in the back. The binding is stitched and sturdy. I generally like soft covers but the hard, sturdy cover of this journal makes it easy to journal anywhere without having to scramble for a flat surface. The pages lie naturally flat without having to bend or break the sewn spine. The pen loop is actually functional and separate from an elastic tie that holds it closed, so I don't have to remove the pen any time I want to open the book. This seems like a little thing but, wow -- these details really add up. I highly recommend this journal -- I bought the lined journal and now want one in every color. As well as the bullet and graph versions, each having different benefits which appeal to me. This journal would make an excellent gift to anyone you care about, including yourself.

Perfect Journal
This notebook is perfect for taking notes or writing your thoughts down. I love that it comes in several different types of journals. This one is lined and I previously bought a dotted journal exactly like this. I love how many pages it has and the color of the cover and I love that it has ribbons to mark where you are in the journal.

First time journal user
Good quality for the price. My first fountain pen writes well on it, very minimal ghosting on other side (see last pic for reference.)Beautiful design, fits my aesthetic. Faux leather is soft to the touch. Only downside is I have to struggle a bit putting Pilot Kaküno in the pen loop on the side- I have another fountain pen coming that I fear won’t fit (Kaweco skyline.) The loop appears to be sewn in well so I’ll see if it can stretch out some over time to make that possible, and to make the Kaküno easier getting in and out.I love the pocket in the back and stencils- I’ll use the ribbon ones as titles for my entries. As a first time FP user & journal user, I’m overall satisfied.Edit: I just noticed there are only 3 pages for “content: page number and topic” and each page has 27 lines. That’s only 81 entries but there are 316 pages. Please please add a couple pages for entries and page numbers, as I’m having fun titling my entries and will run out long before I’m done filling the pages.

Great book, thin paper
Love the design. Does NOT have a strong cheap smell. But the pages are thin! My book has blank pages- no lines or dots. My alcohol based markers (think sharpie) bleed through the pages. I put in a blotter page, and will add a couple more! For pencil or ball point pen- i imagine it’s just fine. The paper is smooth, which i appreciate. Overall- yes, love, would buy again.
