Padding on the shiulder straps and back inseminate. Not comfortable and heat transfer due to machine is so, so hot it makes your back sweat which lends to over issues, as it runs down your back. Also when you remove it you have a wet mark which is unsigh. Due to no chest straps the straps slip of unless tightened to the point of discomfort, which then slip off your shoulders. Would not buy again, the pack in itself is heavy which is why the backpack design is so import to the user. Disappointed!!!

The only issue is the size; it fits the Inogen units perfectly but can be a tight squeeze for some other models. Double-checking dimensions beforehand is essential.
