Passion fruit is really way too sour. 👍🏼 for packaging I also purchased dragon fruit chips. OMG, it tastes disgusting. Not crispy at all and has a chemical taste. I noticed that the peel was starting to spoil and yet the fruit was still used for consumption.

I tried this Freeze-Dried Passion Fruit, I think it tastes okay to me. The bag comes with total 250g in the bag, it is a decent sized bag. The freeze-dried passion fruit inside looks like small yellow cubes. I tried a few, I have to say it tastes pretty sour to me since it is Sugar-Free. I had fresh passion fruit before, I think the sourness of this freeze-dried passion fruit matches the fresh ones. I do like the rich passion fruit flavor in these freeze-dried passion fruit, I feel freeze-drying process preserves the flavor very well. I personally think these freeze-dried passion fruit will be more suitable for being part of the ingredients in foods, like fruit tea, baking, smoothie, etc. Eating directly can work also if you don't mind the sourness. To me, I am not able to eat more than 5 cubes directly every time since it is too sour for me.

Will be eating one of these nicely freezedried cubes, crunchy dryness, chewing and on cue the sour tangy tartiness really kicks in. Can only eat a few. Great for those who need to wake their taste buds. Or those who enjoy sour tangy treats. Sugar free. Great to crush and sprinkle on yogurt. Probably great for drinks and baking.

These are super sour passion fruit which surprised me. I didn’t expect it at all. It is versatile though so you can bake with it as well. It has a nice crunch and tart flavor to it. It isn’t too sweet which is nice. I like the fresh freeze dried texture and flavor of these. It is convenient to bring anywhere and keeps its consistency well.

I usually add freeze dried fruit to my overnight oats, so why not passion fruit? I tossed a handful of these little cubes in my oats, and mixed in some guava jam, and this might be the best overnight oat combo ever! So delicious, and nearly as good as fresh passion fruit, with the crunchy seeds and all. I went a bit overboard with how much I added to my oats; a little goes a long way as they're flavorful and quite tart.
