Comfortable and effective
Once we had worked out how to put it on and that it takes a little time to adjust each strap so that it fitted securely then this seems to be the most comfortable and effective muzzle for my now rather less chunky cob.

Don’t be afraid of fitting it.
My very clever welsh cob managed to get this off the first evening it was put on,she got it off her bottom jaw and into her mouth ,no damage to her,just a bit frightening for us to find her like it,but with a bit of adjusting we got it ,we think it just relaxed a bit and needed tightening up,with regular checking it has stayed on,my advice don’t be afraid to tighten it up but check more often .well made as my destructive baby didn’t manage to destroy it(she usually does).Feels hard and a bit rough to the touch but has caused no rubbing or scratching just check on your darlings a little more often. we are really pleased so far and are hopeful for no laminitis this year

Grazing muzzle works
It rubs my mare even with added padding I have put in.

It works and horse easily got used to it.
These muzzles are the best, easy to fit and my horse got used to it very quickly. I was concerned for the first two days and kept checking on her but each time she was grazing happily. Managed to work out how to drink too. Make sure the gate doesn’t have anything which the muzzle can get caught on as I have already replaced the rubber straps, due to her trying to rub the muzzle off. Would recommend this product.

Waste of money
Literally worst thing I have ever bought for my pony, complete waste of money. He got the muzzle off within half an hour of being turned out. I then stupidly bought the matching head collar thinking it would be harder to get off. Wrong! He pulled the muzzle off but because of the collar going round his neck it just fell down, he then got one of his front feet trapped in the muzzle Luckily I noticed almost immediately, it could have been very serious.I didn’t send it back as it was obvious it had been usedNot even worth one star
