Rack very difficult to install and instructions are not accurate.

Ordered it lat week for a camping trip. Drove over 150 miles with it with 2 bikes on my Murano and had no issues driving 80 on the curvy roads. Holds bikes really good. Dont overload is and you will be good ;)

CHECK THE WEIGHT CAPACITY!! It is designed for ultra-lightweight bikes, although it does not state that on the box or in the product description. The capacity is 33 lbs per bike, whereas most adult bikes are 40+ lbs and children's bikes are around 30 lbs. We loaded this rack with two adult bikes and a child's bike (unaware of the unusually low weight capacity) and the bikes fell off the back of our jeep onto the highway! My husband had to pick them up off the interstate before anyone hit them, risking his own safety. I contacted the company, telling them what happened, and they advised that since one of our bikes was 42 lbs, they would not return the rack (which I had only purchased 2 weeks prior.) I am grateful my husband didn't get hurt and felt compelled to let others know. The company really should note this on the box or consider re-designing the bike rack to hold bikes of typical weight.
