The perfect strong umbrella
Really impressed with this umbrella. It feels strong and well made, not flimsy like a lot of others. Opens and closes smoothly, and it held up great in heavy rain and wind. Size is perfect—gives good coverage without being bulky. Definitely worth the money and I’d buy it again

Great
Very light and easy to open and close. Great size since we have kids so can protect more than just one person. Good quality and nice design. Very good water resistance

Big Umbrella easily 2 adults underneath
This umbrella is great. It is a little bit larger than most standard umbrellas that are collapsable but definitely smaller than Morton Salt girl old fashioned not collapsible umbrella. This umbrella feels pretty high quality but I'm more impressed with it's functionality. The umbrella when it expands with the click of the button is super large. You can cover 2 adults under no problem. If there is large wind I think this umbrella would hold much better compared to a regular sized umbrella but not as stable as the non collapsable umbrella (it's hard to beat the strength of an old fashioned umbrella) but the old fashioned umbrellas are huge and this one saves a lot of space. It fits in the front seat floor area with ease. I really like the umbrella

Defective Umbrella
Umbrella does not close well. It is very bulky and cannot be put back in the sleeve. The mechanics also malfunctions. It suddenly closes on you.

This is bigger than most folding umbrellas and has an attractive look.
For almost 30 years I carried a Brookstone brand umbrella. It was built like a tank but was light and folded to 18" in spite of having a 56 inch arc. Recently I backed my golf cart over it and, because Brookstone is a shell of itself, I couldn't replace the umbrella. After an incredible amount of searching, I found this umbrella. It is almost as big as my Brookstone and folds to under 16". It seems to be almost as sturdy as the Brookstone and it opens and closes at the push of a button. It is very nice-looking with its wooden handle and blue fabric. I tried it with wind gusts and it hasn't inverted and I like the water repellency. My old umbrella would soak up water like a sponge and take several hours to dry. This one is dry in less than an hour. I also like the double folding that makes it easier to hold above my car door to open and to close. Pros: - size, both open and closed - attractive looking - seeming to resist wind - the cover is very nice with its zipper Cons: - The handle looks good but is too slippery (rubber would be better) - It is a little heavier than the umbrella it replaced - it is "fatter" than my last umbrella and much harder to strap closed

Big umbrella that’s still easy to carry
Held this umbrella during a windy rain and it didnt flip once. The double canopy design really works, wind just goes thru the vents instead of turning it inside-out like cheap ones. Even tho it’s huge open (fits me and my wife easy), it folds small enough to toss in a backpack and it’s not heavy at all. The auto open/close button is handy when rain starts sudden, just click and boom it’s up. Fabric feels thick with the Teflon coat so water rolls right off. Wooden handle looks nicer than the plastic most umbrellas have, feels fancy but comfy to hold. Overall feels strong and classy for the price

Great product from a great company!
The original umbrella I ordered was the perfect size to keep me dry, had a very nice handle, and was easy to open and close. Easily the best umbrella I had owned up to that point. However, the stretchers started to rust after 3 months or so of frequent use, and after the umbrella overturned in heavy wind it began to have some trouble opening and closing. However, I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement umbrella which has all the positives of the first umbrella and has so far held up very well. I even used it on a windy night and it did great. I am grateful to Minnie, the customer service representative. She was very helpful and polite. I'll be sure to buy from this company again in the future.

This is such a lovely umbrella and works well. I purchased this for my husband but I like it so much I’m getting one for me too. The handle is easy to grip and is thicker than most, opens and closes easily and is a great size to keep you dry.

It’s huge and robust, one of the best quality umbrella I had bought so far. It’s pricey but I think I pay for its durability. Another compromise is on its weight but it is still manageable for petite person. It can shelter 2-3 pax (depends on built).

Good quality overall but just too heavy to be really carried anywhere. A bit disappointed as didn’t realise it will be this heavy. Quality seems good though just received to today and havnt used it yet

After using it around 5 times, one riveted pin poped, each time I unfold have to adjust the damaged arm. Same while folding it back it needs special handeling to fold it without introducing further damage. Biggest issue is the rain leakage, the umbrella is leaking water on you from the stitched points of the arms with the canopy, so under heavy rain your head, neck and shoulders will get a fair share of rain, the leakage from stitch points is a good catalyst for rusting the arms.

This is a great compact umbrella. Opens up really wide, fits 2 people very comfortably and the double canopy works great. My only qualm is that after having it in my bag for a week or so the handle already has 2 small chips. It's not thrown around or mistreated, I keep it in a seperate slot to everything else, so I was a little disappointed at the wood quality. Still a very good umbrella, and hard to beat in other features. Is heavier than I'm used to, but so much bigger than my old umbrella.
