Bought these to clean up nail polish and eyeliner the very thin tip makes it great for this and easy to use the cotton is durable and even when wet stays roughly the same size and shape.

I use these for weathering model railroad equipment. Sometimes it's to apply paint or weathering powders, sometimes to remove said items.These will work for any hobby modeler: planes, trucks, tanks, etc.The points are pretty durable unless you're really aggressive with the pressure (sometimes it's needed to get into small spaces) but they're cheap enough to use and toss. I'll get more when I run out.

I have not used item yet and they’re a bit smaller than I thought but it should make it easier to get the polish off from around my nail.

Very surprised how much I like these for precision work! Great..mm only thing is I wish they could pick up more product but because the cotton part is such a small amount, you have to use multiple....

I bought these to help with my mother's feet. She has neuropathy and needs help cleaning her toenails. I know that's not what they are intended for but I needed something that was firm enough to be durable and yet had some cotton to ease the cleaning process and these were awesome. I'm sure I'll also find other uses for them, as well.
