Lean Six Sigma and Minitab: The Complete Toolbox Guide for Business Improvement

I’ve had there last three variants of this book, not because I use Minitab (Microsoft Excel files are also available if you want to use Analysis Toolpak), but because I wear them out with use. There are still one or two inaccuracies in the book (over complication of Control Charts for example), but this an excellent text overall.
