I absolutely love this little gadget! It creates a fine warming steam delivered through a removable soft silicone eye shield that is perfect to keep eyes moist. There are four temperature settings (no heat at all or three levels of heat that are color-coded) and either continuous or intermittent mist. I’m dealing with Bell’s palsy and it’s been wonderful for my affected eye. It’s so tiny it’s easy to tuck into a small bag or purse!

Wonderful little gadget to help with dry eyes. I had cataract surgery, which brings on dry eye big time! Artificial tears are expensive, and I must use them at least 6 times a day...I saw this gadget and ordered it. It works 80% of the time instantly, but the other 20% of the time, I have to fiddle with the buttons until the steam comes out. This is OK for me, because now I can't do without it. Today I had a follow up visit with my eye surgeon and showed it to him. He had never heard of this, and was most impressed. He asked his nurse to look this item up and order one for him. I hope he recommends it to other patients. As we age and have to have cataract surgery, this gadget is a must, so I will widely recommend it. It is small, and you can carry it in your pocket because it does not leak. I may even buy a second one to have around the house and in the car.

Really soothing for my dry eyes. ai wear contacts all day and T the heat is gentle and calming, and the mist helps refresh my tired eyes. Great for my nighttime relief.

Good option for issues with eyes. I had an ingrown pimple, and this thing actually helped it heal I believe faster. mist is good quality,easy to use, great heat level, and leaves skin soft. functionality is simple but effective. Overall, great value for your money.

I was hoping this would get warm enough to melt my eye glands as I have Dry Eye, and Meibomian Gland Dysfuntion. The mist is nice and my eye gets wet, but it’s barely warm and no way hot enough to help express the glands. I’ll give it another try, maybe it needs more time than a minute ot two to warm up. But I ran it for 5 til it shut off, with no improvement. I’ll probably return it. Bummed!

Wife found the product to be very helpful for her dry eye condition, unfortunately it began working intermittently then not at all by the 2nd week. Reached out to the seller with no response. Unit would not turn on as far as producing moist vapor but the heat side would turn on. Very frustrating, I ordered a 2nd one only because I thought the first one may have had a random defect and because it helped my wife and she was leaving on a short trip to visit a sick relative. Very disappointed on the zero response from seller and if not for my wife I would not have ordered a 2nd one. Great item...when it works. Would not have written the poor review if the seller had responded and will be returning the first one I ordered. Hopefully the new one will not have the same issue. The positive reviews is why I went with this product initially but now I wonder how accurate the reviews were. Update, 2nd machine worked great...for now. so I changed the rating from a 2 to a 5. Wife is happy and as you may know, "Happy wife, happy life" , also, nothing rhymes with husband. :) Anyhow, 2nd machine is working fine so I have to give seller benefit of the doubt. Hopefully the first malfunctioning machine was an isolated incident. Still have not heard from seller and had to purchase 2 machines to get 1 that works as advertised.

Works great. I use it on the highest heat setting. Mist is perfect. I use an eye spray that works for dry eyes. After 30 days it still is a useful liquid, especially as a sterile product to use in this machine

Poor instructions and the mist irritated my eyes. Asked my eye doctor and she said this product could cause eye infections

I have had this sprayer for just a few days and it only works intermittently. I have tried to return this sprayer and get a replacement or refund but this seems to be impossible.

This product has been great for moisturizing my eyes when I wake up during the night and early morning. I tried all the drops and ointments but nothing got me thru the night without tearing my reoccurring corneal abrasion. This has helped my eyes immensely with dealing with this abrasion situation.
