This retractable golf swing training aid is designed to improve rhythm and tempo, it features a click sound for auditory feedback during your warm-up swings. This golf grip trainer attachment is ideal for strength and tempo training in chipping and hitting. After several weeks of usage, i personally don’t use it to practice the golf swing, so I can’t recommend it. But perhaps for those who need to improve tempo and rhythm of their swing may benefit from it.

I've been working on my club release and trying to do it consistently. This device gives me the practice I need to perfect this move. I've even taken this on trips with me. Fits nicely in my suitcase.

Product is too light. I hope they made it heavier or same weight ofthe lightest Iron club

I was disappointed in this product. I probably should have returned it. I thought it would have more weight on it and be more helpful in working on the total swing. I kept it, because my wrist do need work, but I think they’re a better product out there to do this job.
