My wife used to wake up 2-3 times each night due to menopause symptoms. Ever since we have been using this product, she has not been waking up. The other day, we went away for one night and she woke up through the night (we didn't have the grounding sheet with us). I have always been a great sleeper, so it's harder for me to tell, but I do feel I have been waking up more rested.

GroundingWell has proven to be a company that doesn’t honor its own policies and has no problem taking money it doesn’t deserve. I purchased the GroundingWell Bedsheets for £124.90. The first package was lost by the courier THEY chose, so they reshipped a replacement. When I tried to return the unopened replacement package well within their 90-day return policy, they flat-out refused to refund me. Nowhere in their policy does it state that reshipments are excluded from returns, yet they’re using this bogus excuse to deny my refund. This behavior feels like outright theft. I followed their return policy to the letter, and contacted their customer service multiple times. Each time, I was dismissed, and they refused to take any accountability. GroundingWell’s refusal to honor their own terms and their complete lack of integrity is unacceptable. They are dishonest and unethical, and I would strongly warn others to avoid doing business with them. If you buy from GroundingWell, don’t expect them to stand by their promises—or give you your money back
