The taste is much better than other brands of monk fruit in the raw.
So the first time I had monk fruit I was at a friend’s house and used it in my strong brewed coffee. It was the brown granular type. It wasn’t that great of taste but my friend said it takes some time to get use to. I was using Splenda each morning in my coffee and really loved it. I decided to order the brown glandular version and give it a try. Sure enough it took me about 3 tries to get adjusted. Once I finished the bag of brown monk fruit I decided to try the white granular type. The taste was a little bit better. My husband however could not stand it and continued using the Splenda. The third time I was going to order Monk fruit I decided to buy the Monk fruit in the Raw. Wow, what a difference in taste. It was much sweeter with no bitterness at all and I used a very tiny amount, like almost a good pinch in my coffee. But here’s the really good thing you need to know. This particular brand of Monk Fruit tasted even better than the other brand of Monk fruit in the raw, that I last ordered. Perhaps that is due to the region it came from? Not sure, but I am very happy with it and my husband likes it too. It’s expensive and I don’t like that, but it goes a long way because you are only using a tiny amount. And it’s a healthy alternative to using regular sugar or sugar substitutes with unnatural ingredients. Only one thing off with my order with this brand was I didn’t receive the tiny spoon that it shows in the picture. So be very careful of the amount to use in your hot beverage. Oh and it dissolves just fine in liquid. Good luck and hope you like it. Monk fruit takes a few times to adjust with your taste. Give this brand a try. Update; I just found the tiny spoon in the bottom half of the monk fruit jar. My suggestion is to use a spoon to find your when you receive it.

Love it most for cinnamon toast!
I'm new to the whole Monk Fruit thing and researched all brands prior to buying this one. I chose this one because it had good reviews. I am very happy with it. For diabetic diets, monk fruit is a game charger. We like it in Greek yogurt with blueberries or other fruit, but we especially like to mix some in with cinnamon and sprinkle it on toasted sourdough bread for a breakfast treat. They aren't kidding when they say you only need a tiny bit. A scoop is enclosed and fits inside the jar, and seriously, that's all we use. It's very sweet! Some people ask if there's an after-taste. Personally I think there is, but it doesn't bother me. If I can eat foods that were off-limits by adding monk fruit instead of sugar, it's all worth it to me.

Sweeter than Sugar
It is much sweeter than sugar so my husband uses less. He thinks it is great. I like a tiny bit in herbal tea.

A-Ok!
I really like this monk fruit sweetener. It's not quite as overpowering, nor does it give me terrible headaches, like Stevia does, yet has a very similar taste profile. Yes, it does have a slight aftertaste, but it’s not bad. It is also of natural color, so some might find that a bit off-putting, but doesn’t bother me. I love to add 1 packet of True Lime (crystalized lime) and 1 tiny scoop of this powder in 1 bottle of ice cold water. It makes the perfect, refreshing limeade drink. Looking forward to trying it in other ways. This works for me!

Undisclosed maltodextrin, less sweet
Not as sweet as I expected. There is also undisclosed maltodextrin in the product. Maltodextrin is NOT listed on the ingredient list but in an obscure paragraph on the side of the container it mentions that a “negligible” amount is used as a “carrier” and accuses other brands of using it and not disclosing it. Cannot return it. Very disappointed. Will NOT purchase again. Waste of good money.

Excellent sugar substitute
Excellent sugar substitute—seems to give me a sugar high without the sugar crash, which seems miraculous! Has a slight flavor which took some getting used to—I mixed it with honey to start. But now I enjoy the flavor. I mix it with cocoa powder and milk for a delicious low calorie treat. Is a good value because it’s SUPER sweet so a tiny bit goes a long way and this little jar lasts for months even when used daily—lasts much longer than a jar of honey, for instance. I’m really happy with this product, feel like it has improved my health.

Good
This works decent for baking just use a little bit less than the sugar recipe is asking for or it will be too sweet or taste a tad artificial. Seems to blend nicely and the scoop is nice. I don't use all the time or only here and there so it will last a long time hopefully I can use it all before it expires, or that it lasts a little bit longer.
