Love this face mask, easy to wear and work. I use everyday and have noticed great results. Great customer support! Would recommend. Unfortunately after 2 yrs it stopped working. I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly and was able to send me a replacement. This product is high quality and I've noticed great results! Their customer service is awesome, they respond in timely manner and work hard to resolve any issues. Highly recommend this face mask!

Ugh I’m so upset. I bought this at a full price of 119$ in January. I’ve used it multiple times a week and have enjoyed the red and blue light so much for my skin care. However, 4 months later the blue light stopped working. Don’t really feel like it’s right to pay so much money for something to break so quickly. Update: they reached out and offered me a free one. This is such a good company that cares about their customers :)

I use this mask 3-4 times a week and have enjoyed the results. My face has softened near my eyes and chin. It is comfortable and I really like that it comes with a silk bag so you can travel with it. Charge lasts forever!!!!

I only used it twice already. Just received it two days ago. So far it’s very comfortable everything is working as it should. Cannot give opinion about what results are yet I will however give rating about the results in due time

***UPDATE*** I contacted the company directly and explained my issue. They sent me a new mask! Great customer service!! It worked great at first, but it’s been a little over a month, and it started flickering. I had to mess with the cord in order to keep it working, but it still wasn’t great. I’m super disappointed

This product is easy to use and I’m already noticing results with less acne and tighter skin.

I absolutely love this mask and noticed a difference after using it for only a few weeks. Unfortunately the red and yellow light stopped working 1.5 months after I got it. I reached out to the manufacturer and they responded within a day and sent me a new one within the week. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and so happy to have a new mask. I’m rly hoping the second mask lasts a lot longer because I really like it and find it super easy to use.

It broke in 3 months!!!! I can't believe it broke! The red light won't come on unless you hold the cords down the entire time. What a waste! Update 1 (27 April 2026): The seller promptly reached out to me offered to replace the product, stating that they stand by the quality of their product. To me, this is very telling - a bad unit here and there is inevitable, but making the customer whole is what's important and they are willing to do this. Will update again once I receive the replacement.

Stopped working after 3 uses. The worst purchase

I’m very disappointed. I waited a long time to finally receive this item, and it doesn’t work at all. I followed all the instructions to charge it, but the remote rattles as if something is broken, and the red light therapy light never turns on.

Used 5 times and now will not charge. I would like a refund and for this dispute to be resolved urgently

Don't buy, very poor quality. Stopped working after a month. It doesnt turn on anymore.
