Noctua NV-FS2, Multi-Purpose Fan Set for Device Cooling

Best smaller fan I’ve ever purchased! The kit comes the extra rubber bushings and gasket, plugs into a regular plug instead of usb and the controller works very well!! But what makes it infinitely better is that is soo much quieter than any of the ac infinity or other random usb fans I’ve bought. (And I’ve tried a ton of them from 40mm - 120mm) The only sound this thing makes is from the actual air flowing out. The price still seems a bit steep for what it is but not deducting any stars for that. Considering everything it comes with. However, it would be nice if SOME kind of instructions/spec sheet came in the box. Personally, I don’t think these will work for every application, but for any home theater, audio/video equipment, this should be your first choice, if a standalone fan is the way to go.

This is a great design (one stop solution). I'm using this to provide nominal cooling to a mini-rack of schitt audio components, two of which get warm. This works well, right now I just have the fan sitting on the top mesh bracket blowing downwards, I'm not sure if it will fit on the bottom and blow upwards, but thats not a failure point. This items comes with the parts to make it work. It obviously is thicker than a regular case fan given its additional parts (which can be removed if desired. This would be a good choice to cool audio amps or other devices that get hot. Very quite and suitable for the job it does.

I set this unit up to cool a Schiit Audio stack and it keeps everything cool, cools the class A amp with ease and is quite. Very expensive fan kit, but you can tell it is fairly well thought out.

Bought this for off label use on a reptile enclosure, works great and is quiet. Definitely overkill but at least I know it’s a reliable and quiet fan.

For starters I got a box of parts with no instructions.Comes with a multifunction controller but no instructions. The product description does not clearly say what actually comes in the box. I decided to reverse the air flow for my stereo and almost broke the casing trying to switch the safety grill to the other side of the fan.Claims flexible uses but no instructions. Lastly it interferes with AM radio reception

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Can be silent if you set it to a low speed. Relatively quiet at higher speeds. Very nice build quality. Excellent cooling performance. Expensive and looks it but good value.

Rien a dire, c'est du Noctua, ca marche bien.

Ottimo prodotto, ne uso 2 esterne che sparano aria sulla cpu dal lato, con un aio della thermalright raggiungo temperature in una build itx 11l anche 24 gradi in idle. Ottime e silenziose.

Very happy with the fans, just wish that each time I bought a fan I could get everything without the NA-FC1 and save some cash in the process. I have the NV-FH2 which means I only require 1 NA-FC1. I have two and want everything save for the NA-FC1 if I completed my build I'm going to have 6 of these. Very wasteful.

Que dire... simplement qu'a l'heure actuelle je ne connais pas de constructeur avec des composants haut de gamme et aussi silencieux ... je possède déjà deux noctuas placés dans le fond d'un meuble tv d'1m80 de large et ouvert ( sans porte vitrées ou autres pour refroidir 32 TO de disque dur et un PI5 avec variateur aussi ( au minimum je n'entens rien et est très suffisant vu qu'a plus de trois mètres je sans cette ventilation ) je possède aussi 2 Noctua NF-A15 HS-PWM, 4 Noctua NF-A14x25 G2 PWM pour pc et 2 200mm de boitier asus de 200mm que je remplacerai par des noctua( ceci dit ...même avec ces 200 mm qui sont réputés pour être bruyants ( mon pc reste totalemet silencieux en mode surf et lecture vidéo.... en mode jeux ( je ne suis pas un gamer ) j'ai joué 30 min et il est resté silencieux sans en augmenter la vitesse et la carte graphique n'a pas eu besoin de faire fonctionner ses trois ventilateurs ( qui fonctionnent bien entendu et testés ) .. j'ai aussi un noctua industriel de 140mm tournant à 3000 trs/min avec variateur aussi pour la construction d' un extracteur de salle de bain..... bref je suis fan <= lol
