Q: So, I see conflicting answers. I intend to mount this on the outside of a chicken coop. Will the weather destroy it?

Sun and weather will eventually destroy the materials. That said I would estimate 6 to 10 years of useable life, if reasonable protected is provided. By then they'll have something much better or you'll have no need for it any longer.

Q: Is there foldable kickstand behind every panel? Complaints of others say lack of center support is a serious issue..

Three of the four have a kickstand I usually put my battery behind the empty one. No problems for me

Q: Will this work for an enginstar 150 power station?

I don't see why it can't if it has the same connectors.

Q: I have the 350 watt power station, will this solar panel only charge it up to 100 watts? and if so how long to charge?

Watts and watt/hours are two different things. This panel will put out a constant output of 100w in perfect conditions. at 18v, that means it would be putting out ~5.5a. If you have a battery in watt/hours or amp/hours, you would just need to do the math to figure out how long it would take to charge the battery bank completely.
