My husband and I love this Magnesium. We each take two at night and it helps us sleep. As we've gotten older, it's harder to sleep. We take this with a Magnesium Oxide. My husband gets very stressed from work and he's indicated that he doesn't feel as stressed and is able to deal with the every day chaos of work. Before he was having a lot of anxiety and these supplements have really helped him deal with the pressure of working the tech industry. I'm also not having as many aches and pains as what I used to have. We both exercise regularly and this seems to help

These are tiny pills with a whole lot of goodness pack into them. My 10 year old has to take a bunch of supplements so have these 2 small pills with all the mags/zinc/D3 in the morning, eliminates 5 other large ones. Plus they don’t disintegrate in your mouth despite them not having a coat/capsule to them.

Have you heard of how good magnesium is for women? Then you should try this magnesium complex supplement. It helps me sleep and with other perimenopause symptoms.

I bought the Heivy Magnesium Oxide 400mg mainly for rest and sleep, and I’m glad I did. It didn’t feel like some instant miracle on night one, I could tell my sleep was better. I’ve woke up more rested, like I actually got a deeper night of sleep instead of tossing around. The tablets are easy to take, and I like that it’s vegan, gluten free, and made in the USA. No weird taste and no problems for me so far. I’m going to keep using it and I’ll come back to update this in a few weeks once I’ve had more time with it.

It's early yet, but I can already tell a positive difference in how I feel after only a short time. I like that it has a few different types of magnesium in it and that it has D3 and zinc to make it even more effective. This took longer than I expected to arrive, but it wasn't a very long wait. I am satisfied with this product.

I have tolerated this well. It works for what I got it for.

Many broken tablets. Chalky residue on my hands and a lot of powder in the bottom of the bottle. I won't buy this brand again.
