Totally works! I however am a perfectionist, i added a plastic bottom to this to keep the smoke completely enclosed, also the tube, dont bother trying to hook it up to a carbon capture device, your best bet is to vent the smoke outside, i built a rig to fit perfectly in my window then attached the hose, no smoke gets in at all, only a faint smell from the gap between the two zippers and you can fix that with some tape. Definitely wirth the money to help avoid fire dangers and laser light exposure and loud noise.

This thing was easy to assemble and the quality is fantastic! I definitely needed this for my creality laser engraver. My room was filling with smoke.. Need an enclosure and this one did not disappoint! It is priced right making it well worth the money.

This product is very well made. I have the longer ray5 mini but no one makes a mini cover. I’m short on space so I adapted this one to fit. - I only used one rod length for the sides, then folded the front excess cover like the end of a gift wrapped present. It still opens and the ventilations isn’t interfered with as it’s on the back side. Best solution I’ve come up with that is still affordable and has that upmost safety.

Works as described and marginally exhausts fumes and smoke. It's not "sealed" so a significant amount of fumes is still released into the shop, but it is better with it than without. It's a decent alternative if you don't have a good air purifier/filter for laser engraver. It is a little dim to see and could use an LED light strip inside. Not all the parts were included with the box, however. I received one extra part 1 pieces and missing one part 2 piece. I just used it without the top bar and it still works. It's probably easier to use the enclosure without that top piece anyway.
