It's my first time using this kind of products and it works well for me on stage ... I have no issues with it ... It cools you down proper ...the high setting in the fan has a bit of noise but other than that it's a really great product .

I kind of disappointed with this neck fan because while two sides are blowing lots of air, two back sides (upward and downward) are blowing weak air, essentially the upward blowing air is very weak. Only really cold place on this neck fan is the cold plate. The blowing air feels like a room temperature air. It looks like air is sucked in from the outside and blows out through the air exiting openings. I bet if the air is passed through the cold plate before exiting through the air outlet openings, the blowing air would be much more cooler. In conclusion, this neck fan is not so cold neck fan.

This is good for not-so-hot days. The fan doesn't blow cold air like I thought. It circulates the air that's around you at that temperature. The cold plate isn't that cold. It doesn't have a snug fit. The battery doesn't last that long if it's on high speed or the coldest setting. Only use it when it isn't that hot outside.

I really like the neck fan portion, strong wind and functions beautifully. The oversized cooling plate actually seems to cool my neck down when it touches my neck. The low hanging fan blowing down the back is nice but a little uncomfortable resting on my vertebrae. The fan is a little heavy also resting on my collar bones. After a while I forget it's even there. The biggest issue I have is that it only lasts a couple of hours with the fan and cooling set on level two.

I love that it works well, works while charging even. It felt a little awkward at first because it would slide from side to side as I worked. I found centering it and pulling a little further back on my shoulders grounded it. My shoulders were sore for a couple of days but I barely notice it anymore and can't hear it running once on the production floor. It lasted the full 10 hours with a quick charge at lunch.

I bought this product for my son-in-law who works in a feed store warehouse and so he's outside a lot and there's no air conditioning or anything in the warehouse and he said it worked really good for a little while but then it started to get hot and it ended up burning his neck he left welps on his neck so I'm going to try to look for one that won't do that thanks
