I ordered this ‘365 By Whole Foods Market, Cinnamon, 60 Count’ supplement because I had read about the benefits of cinnamon in relieving joint pain. I figured it was worth trying if it helped my sore, stiff knees.I ordered this ‘365 By Whole Foods Market, Cinnamon, 60 Count’ supplement specifically for a number of reasons. Firstly, I’m a big fan of the Whole Foods 365 brand. I’ve enjoyed any product I’ve purchased thus far in that line. And I know the company will stand behind the product if I’m not happy with it. And that’s important to me especially with a health supplement.Secondly , I liked the dosage of cinnamon contained in this particular supplement. From what I’ve read, it’s more than adequate to be beneficial.And lastly, I like that this ‘365 By Whole Foods Market, Cinnamon, 60 Count’ is a mixture of both organic and non-organic cinnamon. To me, that’s the ‘best of both worlds’. Organic supplements, a lot of the time in my opinion, are not the best.So hopefully this ‘365 By Whole Foods Market, Cinnamon, 60 Count’ will help relieve my aching knees. It has good potency…good ingredients..and is a good brand.

There really seems to be a fair number of health benefits associated with cinnamon these days. Antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and there's even mounting evidence that it can help with blood sugar levels. Cinnamon comes in two versions, the cassia cinnamon we mostly use in the States and the ceylon "true cinnamon" form. This pill includes the cassia form, the one that's been found to have stronger effects. It's a mix of pure ground and an extract but the overall amount seems to pretty well nail the recommended dose. Overall, if you're thinking of giving cinnamon a try this is a great way to do it.

On the plus side, this product is vegan. It's also from "365" which is Whole Foods' trusted house brand, a typically a good value. Capsules are a convenient and controlled dose way to take cinnamon, a well-known beneficial supplement. This particular product costs less than some other cinnamon capsules, but that's partly because it contains the Cassia type of cinnamon. That's the downside.I usually choose Ceylon cinnamon which is more expensive, but safer for my liver. These are made from Cassia cinnamon which always contains coumarin, a substance that is not recommended to take in larger quantities. However, If you are going to use the less expensive Cassia type of cinnamon, it's certainly best to use capsules like these rather than pouring some out of a spice jar, because the capsule dose is well under the warning levels.

This is a nice way to add cinnamon to your diet for its benefits without putting it in your food. I'm not a big fan of the taste, but the capsules let me take spice without the taste. Capsules have a good size too that makes them easy to take.

Arrived super fast, came packaged very well and capsules are good quality. Easy to open and cinnamon taste really good.

These capsules are easy to swallow, smell good, and made from quality ingredients. This will work to help with blood sugar levels, and a great way to incorporate some cinnamon into your diet. While these capsules are convenient, I would much rather prefer to get my cinnamon from eating it, as I enjoy the taste. The bottle is small and easy to store.

I like most products from 365 By Whole Foods Market. This Cinnamon supplement appears to be a good quality supplement from a trustworthy brand, but I don't understand the reasoning behind using both organic (700 mg) and non-organic cinnamon (300mg) in this supplement...why not 1000mg of organic cinnamon? I wish the description provides more details, but I don't see anything there. Without any explanation, I'm deducting 1 star for the non-organic ingredient since I always think of organic farming as higher quality and more environmental. This product is not tested by third-party lab either.

Nice to be able to get these via Amazon! Hard to rate vitamins after a few uses, but so far, so good!
