I bought this one because it looked sturdier than most. But it is clunky. It holds a kindle paperwhite just fine. It does seem to slip and not stay in place as tight as it should.

Keeps falling down in the middle of the night

I used this 3 times and then it broke.

This did hold my tablet but it seemed like one day in the near future its going to break and hit me in the face. Maybe it would hold a very light tablet. Ended up returning it and getting something else.

Works well with tablet or phoneLots of lockable positions

This piece of equipment looked like the answer to my prayers. However, we tried three different nights multiple times to use it attached to the headboard. We fell in all directions, tightened all Adjustments, and it still fell in my face. Do you or the manufacturer have any further suggestions? I am a 75-year-old disabled senior, and have been looking for a device such as this for more years than I can count. Please help thank you Linda Smith I am not planning to return this item because of my disability getting to the post office and The fact that I do not believe I should have to pay postage to do so. I am open to other ideas and pray that someone out there has it Linda Smith.
