Excellent for breathing, holding & releasing breath.
So nice for when one needs to breath right. Helps with meditation & exercising. The lights guide a person to breath, hold & release. So easy to follow.

Great Stress Relief
I got my today, was kinda stress out I tried it and I calm down alot and then went for my walk. I do breathing exercises when I'm stress but doing them with this helps alot too.
