My go-to tea for voiceover prep
I live in the north of the US--I get colds. I also have allergies. And sometimes I have to use my voice to project in noisy rooms of people. All of these things are hard on the throat. But then... still have to warm it up and smooth it out to record voice over. Enter Throat Coat tea. It tastes good, it smooth things out (especially with a little honey), and it has helped me many times over the years. My spouse uses it now too.
