Just arrived. Very well packed with a large dark bottle that will last a few months. The oil has very little or no flavour, just a slight bitter stingyness. There is no perceptible scent. Wonderful for dry skin! I don't know how the bitterness will affect cooking, but the experiment should be interesting! I did want flavor for salads, so this is not what I expected, but it will do for the time being. This is my first experiment with olive oil I did not buy in the grocery store, so I am not knowledgeable or experienced with other olive oils..

I take one full tablespoon each evening before bedtime in the hopes it will help me as needed, especially with heart health. TRUE PREMIUM!The very first time I opened the bottle, I smelled newly cut tiny leaves…soooo refreshing..,I LOVE THE SCENT!Tastes mild but with a little grit as it touched my throat…tolerable tho.NOT CHEAP @$50/bottle + tax. NOT CHEAP.But one can’t put a price tag on one’s health specially if it concerns heart health. It seemed to have softened my hardening arteries, my Blood Pressure (BP) systolic down 7pts as well as diastolic after 7-10 days intake.Also a solution to a chronic problem…BAD BREATH!I was pleasantly surprised and truly thankful that after soooo many years of suffering from chronic bad breath….
