I needed a juicer to make some fresh pineapple juice for my wife. The juicer exceeded my expectations and i now make fresh pineapple juice for her everyday. This is one awesome product.

I have mix feelings to this juice as I feel it will only last for a year if not less, these are my findings of use:1. The auger for grinding don't pickup ayy the time, and the piece for pusing stuff down don't worl based on the base on the leaver inside.2. I can't handle ginger even if it's cut into small pices3. It leaks from the bottom even making sure all pices are seated like the instrustion ask.4. It makes a funny sound after 20 mins of use.5. I am leaning to return it as of the above concerns.

Before rating, we wanted to use this juicer several times to ensure the following: it is very dependable, it is very quiet, and effectively juices the fruits and vegetables. It has two spouts, one to shoot out the pulp and the other for the juice. If items get stuck, there is a reverse function on the on/off switch. Other juicers spin so fast it's like a jet airplane. This doesn't do that. I also like that you can stop the juice from coming out to change cups. A cover is provided for this purpose. I like to make jelly from fresh fruit, and this juicer will make the juice I need to make grape jelly. We frequently have smoothies, and we can use the pulp in our smoothies, and the pulp produced from juicing vegetables I use in my chili, so nothing goes to waste. This is an excellent slow juicer.

I used it to juice a watermelon. Towards the end of the process it just turned off and we couldn't get it to turn back on. When taking it apart the motor was extremely hot, I almost burned myself when picking it up.

My daughter loves being in the kitchen and she asked for a juicer. The price point is great if you are on a budget and it's something your kids want to use. Putting the juicer together is really easy as all the pieces have red dots that you align and it all fits together easily. We've had an expensive fancy juicer and we love this one just as much. Great juicer! Easy to use and clean!
