Don't know. I use at least 2 hrs a day because there is no exertion.

Q: Is this as good as walking if you can’t walk because of copd?

I purchased this for my mother-in-law to help with circulation because she has two very bad knees and sits all the time. She feels that it has helped her in the 2 weeks she has been using it.

I'm 82 and I watch TV and use it for long times. I love it... I push it far enough away from my legs so I don't put too much pressure on the foot pedals..
