I recently installed the OLUMAT Smart Lock with Handle on my front door, and overall I’m really happy with it. Setup was quick with just a screwdriver, and I love having different ways to unlock—fingerprint, keypad, app, or even a regular key as backup. The auto-lock feature gives me peace of mind when I forget. The only downside is the fingerprint reader isn’t always perfect, especially if my hands are damp, and the app can be a little finicky at times. Still, for the price, it looks great on my door and works well for everyday use.

this was easy to insatll. the app works seamlessly. the fingerprint reads quickly once your fingers are clean; just make sure your finger is centered on the reader. the keypad works fine as well. The card readers work just as good. the lock getects it fairly quickly. If fingerprint is used incorrectly multiple times, an alarm will sound and you're gonna have to use the key to override the alarm or reset if you will.

Great lock. Easy to install and program codes. Easy to lock with App, key pad and smart card.

See update at the end of this review for an update- I've installed everything and the lock itself seems to be working as it should. The gateway however is another animal. It appears to be paired to the local, is within the 10' distance and shows a strong wifi signal. Yet, I can't get it to remotely unlock the door when I'm a distance away from the house. This is an issue since I ordered this to help my elderly mother-in-law and wanted a feature to assist her in the event she gets "balled up" and can't unlock it on her own. Or if I need to remotely unlock it to let someone into her home in the event of an emergency. It keeps referring to bluetooth but it shouldn't be looking for bluetooth if it's "internet connected". UPDATE: I emailed them and they emailed me back to let me know that it's actually the small lock button off to the bottom right of the larger "LOCKED" icon that unlocks the door remotely! This is good to know and would be helpful to to others if they added it to their instructions.

We ordered this product on July 11, and it was delivered July 14th. I installed it on July 16 or 17. It stopped working on October 13. That means that I spent almost $100 on a product which didn't even last 3 months. That is not at all acceptable. I took the lock off the door, and I could hear something rattling inside. I took apart the front of the lock, and found that the plastic piece which engages the lock is snapped off. See attached photos. It also makes no sense that the literal most important part of the unit is made from a brittle piece of plastic. I've contacted the company to see what they will do for us. Will update when/if they contact us back.

I've had this smart lock for about 2.5 weeks now, and overall, I really love it. It’s been a game-changer for convenience and security in my home. Setup & Fit: It fit my door perfectly, and installation wasn’t a nightmare, which was a huge win. No weird gaps or adjustments were needed. Performance & Features: It’s pretty reliable—locks and unlocks smoothly, and I haven’t had any issues with codes or connectivity. Being able to control it remotely is super handy, especially when my roommate forgets their keys (again). False Alerts: My only complaint is that every once in a while, it sends a tampering alert, even though no one is actually messing with it. Not a dealbreaker, but it makes me do a double-take every time. Final Thoughts: Overall, it’s a solid smart lock that works well and adds peace of mind. Just be prepared for the occasional ghost alert. Would I buy it again? Absolutely.

Very easy to install and setup

Just installed this smart lock. It’s not easy but not crazy hard to install. I had a hard time getting screws lined up and screwed in. I Followed the paper instructions and video online. Tried to use QR code never sent me a email link. Passcode, fingerprint all easy to set up. I tried all 4 ways to lock and unlock right away. Loved it super easy. Lock seems to be good quality

Not working properly, even if i enter correct password and fingerprint i could not open the door .

This door lock only worked for a little over 1 month. It's dead and its not battery related. Unfortunately I cannot return it because the return deadline expired 2 weeks ago or else I would certainly return it. I tried to reach the supplier for assistance, their website provides an email address only for support contact, but they did not respond. I very disappointed with this product.

Worked for less than a month once installed.

The lock is easy to set up. Handle mechanism loose and cannot be tightened. Disappointing as this lock will not last.
