We had the same pool last year, only smaller. We got the larger one this year. It was easy to set up. There were no tears or leaks. The sides do budge out as it fills up , making it not as deep, but that is to be expected with this type of pool. The only thing I don’t like is the filter I do plan on getting a different one. This filter is just too weak and doesn’t seem to do a whole lot. Other than that, the pool is great and we have enjoyed it so far this summer. We enjoyed the smaller one last year as well.

This is a horrible product. I would not suggest anybody by this. I tried to get a refund because I had a leak in it from day one Amazon did not help me get a refund. I would never buy this again. I don’t suggest anybody by this again, this was $200 and could not get refund

Amazing pool for our location. We have it in the shade and it’s perfect for hot days. There was a small hole in one spot on the side that we used the patch included to repair and have had no other issues. The pump isn’t going to keep it the cleanest but it does keep water moving.

Let me first say we love the pool overall. This is a little bit bigger pool than we had last year for the grandkids and it’s actually the perfect size. Easy to set up. I took two stars off for two different issues. The first one is the inflatable ring for the top of the pool doesn’t stay inflated. We are having to pump it up every couple of days. Inconvenient but not a dealbreaker. The other thing is the pool filled her is not very efficient at all. I’m not sure if there’s something we could do differently that might improve its performance, but even with changing out/cleaning the filter, it just doesn’t move enough water to remove gnats that fall to the bottom of the pool. Would I buy it again? Maybe. Probably. Like I said, overall the pool is great but I would like to see a better filter pump for sure. For the money, I think it’s a very good pool. Since it’s taller, we bought spa steps to place next to it to get in and out of the pool.

This pool is the perfect size for me and my children. I was looking for something I could enjoy to and I found it! Easy to clean and set up.

We set the pool up and began filling it and discovered a hole with water leaking from the pool. Tried to return the pool. After draining, drying and rolling it up it would not fit back into the box it came in. I got the biggest box I could find and the pool, pump and hoses would not fit. Some I put the pump into a separate box and hauled it all to the UPS store. They could not ship both boxes as I was sent only label. They assured me that the Amazon seller would provide another label. So, I shipped the pool and ask this vendor for a second label. They refused even after I contacted Amazon customer service. The only offered to give me a partial refund of $40. Very unhappy. It was a lot of work setting up and then taking it down and shipping it back. Here is the message: Hello, I'm sorry for the trouble. Unfortunately, we are only able to send the same number of return labels as your order was originally shipped in. In this case, we are only able to provide one prepaid FedEx return label. If you would prefer to keep your item, we would be glad to offer you a partial refund of $40. Please let us know if this option will work for you.
