I bought this for my studio where I do woodworking and metalworking amongst other projects. I had an older booster and it gave me nothing but problems. Once I installed the 3K booster And took the time to align my antenna properly, which I have 20 feet near I am getting 5G in my studio, which is a metal Building I have never seen 5G on my phone. I am so excited this product works phenomenal. Do not wait you will be so happy. As soon as I click on my phone, there’s no more waiting. I get 4K YouTube videos Streaming without an issue.

I live just miles from the T-Mobile tower and signal vasulates from 2-3 bars and the internet buffers all the time. I did NOT want to throw in the $50.00 a month internet as we are saving $100.00 a month. Since adding this we now have a solid 4 bar signal with almost zero buffering and I have not adjusted the antenna yet to zero in on the tower. I just installed it using the same RF cable used by Comcast and pointed the antenna at the tower, pointed T-Moble's internet antenna to the inside extender, and done. So it will pays for itself in three months, PLUS it boosted my Verizon signal as well - bonus score! BOTTOM LINE: Product works.

We are located in a rural area with no cable/fiber so we use T-Mobile Home internet it has been a little spotty recently and the performance dropped about 3 weeks ago. T-Mobile support checked everything over and suggested we try a booster out to see if it helps . It does . It stabilized the connection and improved performance. I was skeptical at first I do recommend getting the local tower gps co-ordinates to line up accurately. using cell signal tools are good but having the co-ordinates makes it easier Please note like most good boosters it has a directional antenna so accuracy is important. I would also recommend a temporary mount so you can move both the antenna a booster until you find the best location for both. Well worth the investment and time to set up I thoroughly recommend this as a mid price booster

Wow…..forget contacting your cell company and complaining you have poor signal inside the house. Also WiFi calling why? In Florida entire neighborhood has poor signal inside the houses with giant oak trees over. Outside there is usually 1 to 2 bars. So when I saw this figured will give it a try. I did not even mount it as it suggested yet since I wanted to make sure it actually worked. As you can see in pics just hung the antenna outside and had the box on the inside. Not even a minute with WiFi off you can see signal strength go up. For now this 3k sqft unit will work great. So if your in Florida and have bad signal inside get one of these. It would likely work anywhere but in the past these devices were expensive.

The media could not be loaded. Does not work. I am a master electrician/ electrical contractor and after I installed the unit I didn’t receive any improvement of cell service. After opening the control box the cable connector was not secured in place from the factory. I have no idea how the manufacturer expected this to have good continuity. Very poor quality !

This product works perfect for us , the price is very reasonable, it took me about 20 minutes to set it up so easy . Before my basement floor my phone can’t pick up any signal but now I can get full bars . It covers very corner of my basement, so now I can enjoy my basement cinema without worry about miss any call . My family love it .

I am a technical expert (but you don't need to be.)== Problem ==We stayed at an RV campground with very weak T-Mobile service (1 bar). My iPhone 14 would drop calls, and I could not check emails, etc. I also attempted to use my T-Mobile Home Internet device unsuccessfully (1 bar = weak signal.)== Solution ==Out of desperation, I purchased this cell phone booster. I mounted the antenna on a 15-foot "flagpole" mast attached to the back of my RV. Ultimately, I obtained excellent (4 to 5 bar signal), and I could download at 70 Mbps (Speedtest.net). The booster fixed my "dropped call" issue, AND the internet was fast enough to stream movies from Netflix, YouTube TV, Vudu, and more (using the T-Mobile Home Internet.)== Caveats ==* The booster has 5 "repeaters", each with a digital display showing signal strength and diagnostic information. My installation indicated 2 of the repeaters were overloaded, and the system automatically turned those two repeaters off. A nearby Verizon cell tower caused this. Therefore, I could not use those two channels (but they were unnecessary for my T-Mobile connection.)* Of the remaining three repeaters, 2 indicated "low isolation" and "Osc" for oscillation. A good analogy is the feedback "squeal" you hear when a microphone is placed too close to a speaker. I had the antenna (which is highly directional and analogous to a flashlight) mounted on the back of the RV and the repeater unit located on the desk about 10 feet below. I moved the antenna to the front of the RV (now the desk was about 25 feet BEHIND the antenna), and the low isolation / OSC indication went away.* You can manually turn each repeater on and off. I experimented and discovered that turning off one of the repeaters resulted in a 10X increase in speed. Essentially, I was forcing the T-Mobile devices to use the "higher frequency" bands associated with 5G. In fact, I would see 5G UC on my iPhone.== Summary ==This device worked extremely well. It provided us with high-speed internet connectivity and solid cellular service. Just remember, the antenna is highly directional and must be aimed AWAY from the indoor transceiver (repeaters). In addition, you may need to experiment to maximize performance. Each time you move the antenna, you must "power cycle" the repeater unit. You may also need to power cycle (or cycle airplane mode) whenever configuring the repeater channels.

This cell phone booster is great for areas that have low signal and experience dropped calls frequently. Once you have it all set up and the antenna aligned properly in the right direction, the signal is strengthened automatically with nothing to do but enjoy your phone again. I live in the country and usually have 1-2 bars of service with frequent dropped calls. After installing this booster there are no more dropped calls and between 4-5 bars of signal. I would recommend anything from this brand as they make solid products that work amazing.
