Great screenhouse!
I am looking to get back into car camping this fall and was searching for a screenhouse I could set up on my own. I am female, 5'3" , out of shape, and 60. i purchased the 6×6. This went up and down with minimal struggle. I think my struggles popping out the sidewalls may be short arms, not lack of strength. Still, it went up in about 5 minutes and that is awesome for one person/screen house. Have not taken it camping yet bet did setup and take down several times in back yard. Fabric is tight over the frame so it should hold up well to rain. No screenhouse or awning should be left up in high winds.even the best can go airborn. Workmanship and materials are A+. Everything as advertised. Be prepared to upgrade stakes and add ropes. This is typical for any tent I have ever purchased. Follow instruction for setup and takedown in detail. If you skip steps it turns into an octopus. This is NOT a no brainer but if done as instructed it works as advertised. Fast and sturdy. My wish list: there are no velco tabs for door wall so the rain walls can only be used on three sides. I had wanted to use as privacy tent. I think i can jimmy rig something on inside with a shower curtain. Best of all: it's bigger on the inside. No inward sloping sidewalls that shrink the foorprint like most tents. Plenty of room for two people, a dog and small table. I am very happy with my purchase. Two years later: still love it but the roof had to be water sealed. Water resistant, not waterproof. 1 can of Spray did the trick.

Easy set up for 1 person
I bought this for protection from wind/rain/ sun during car camping. I highly recommend the side panels. They can be adjusted to cover many different ways. It works perfectly as a kitchen area to keep cool and sheltered from bad weather. Takes a bit of practice to set up. I found that if I stake down 2 corners first it’s super easy. I also attached extra guylines to the handles on the side to prevent them from popping in during gusty winds. It also packs up well as the storage bag is large enough to put it back into, I left the side walls attached and it still fit! Packed up dimensions are approx 4 1/2ft long and 27” diameter. The 6x6 size is perfect for 1 or 2 people with camping chairs and a small table. Get the 12x12 for a family or lots of friends. Excellent product!

Well made; easy set up for one person
Out of the box it weighs 18.6 lbs. Shipping box is 7.25" x 7.25" x 53" but the shelter itself is smaller around and slightly shorter. It fits nicely into my Prius (see photos), cross ways behind the front seats, in the back hatch, as well as tipped behind the driver's seat. The carrying bag is well made, with strong wrap around straps. The bag has a robust two way zipper. There are five plastic stakes - I will replace these with steel stakes, since I camp in all sorts of terrain, including rocky ground. And three tie down cords for the three sides. The instruction booklet is well written with photos, plus there’s a setup video at the Quick Set Shelters site at Customer Support Setup Instructions. There are good tips in the video. I recommend watching it. It takes longer to watch the video than to pop the shelter up. The inside of the shelter is actually a bit larger than 6' x 6' at the hubs, which protrude outwards; it’s 7' x 6.5' at the hubs. Very nice and roomy. Space for four adults on chairs, plus a small table. The build quality seems excellent. I cannot comment on water resistance since I've not yet had it in a rainstorm. It comes with three side panels for wind, each of which have a roll up window with a bug screen. These are very easy to attach. I am very pleased with this shelter.

So easy to set up!!
Got the 5 sided 9’ Clam in brown with the 3 solid side covers. When we go camping, I’m the only adult, so I needed something super easy to set up. This 100% achieves that. I’ve used it 3 times now and the set up takes less than 3 minutes. I worried I wouldn’t be tall enough to pop up the center, but it’s no issue (5’6”). The first time I set it up I did worry that I was doing it wrong because you really push along the top edge of the side to get the cross frame to pop out. Pros: so easy to set up, makes a great place to set up camp & move bikes into over night to keep dry. Solid panels are easy to add/remove/move around to customize where you have added privacy. 5 sided/9’ fits two roll top camp tables and two chairs with room to move around. Also worked extremely well as a shaded space for kids to play in. Cons: the mesh sides really don’t let breeze/air movement to happen so it can get a bit stuffy and make sure to stake it down every time because the wind will tumble it over. Once bugs get in, it’s hard to get them out without taking the whole thing down (although when you do, the bugs have a way to escape so you don’t have to end up with a bunch of dead bugs next time you use it). I am very pleased with my purchase. The seller was responsive - the shelter ships separate from the side panels (makes sense) but Amazon only listed one tracking number, so when the side panels arrived and I couldn’t see a status for the shelter, I reached out.

Difficult for solo short person to put up, but doable. Roomy, versatile 6x6 size.
I like this screen room because it's small (6x6), but it feels very roomy inside. Plenty of room for 2 chairs , a small table and 2 dog beds. Or I could easily fit 2 zero gravity chairs fully reclined. The side panels are easy to install. I like to fold them halfway up from the bottom to provide shade, yet still have ventilation to where I'm sitting. The side panels are still fully usable with the top tarp and bungees. I don't think the roof fabric is heavy enough. It should be way more UV. Even though it's nice that it lets in a lot of light, it also lets in a lot of heat from the sun. I thought the light color top would reflect the heat, but it doesn't. I immediately put a 5x7 silver tarp over the top and bungeed it down. I'm going to try a slightly bigger tarp next. The tarp over the top really helps, even though it looks kind of tacky! I found several locations to hang my solar-rechargeable light bulbs: in the center, or using S hooks in each corner. Or a bug zapper hanging from the center, and the lights in the corners. I'm basically lazy and don't want to go to all the trouble of staking and guying it down, then have to yank it all out a few hours later when it gets windy. So I'm testing it with 10 lb weights attached to the big eyelets in each corner. I'll still have to take it down when it gets windy, but it will be a little bit easier. I'm 4'11" older lady, and I have a really hard time putting this thing up! I'm a solo RVer, so I have to be able to do it by myself. It's a major struggle, but I do eventually get it put together. Apparently I don't have enough strength to pull out the sides, so I have to lean each side up against the trailer to have something to pull against. After the sides, the top is easy with a step stool. I'm glad I got it, it's very versatile. I'm sure it will get easier to put up eventually.

Simple to setup and take down
We haven't used it camping yet. But took it to the park to practice setting it up. ( Don't want to look like an idiot at the campground) I had watched a few YouTube videos. And it was super super easy to set up. I almost forgot to disassembl the support bars by the door When taking it down. I think I'll put some red tape or red yarn on the Poles so I remember. Was super easy to take down as well. That's the reason I bought it for simplicity.. It's not too heavy 26 pounds it's doable. The other reason I bought the venture is so it will fit straight in the the back of the truck bed and I can still sleep on the other side in case I'm at a rest stop.(I only have a 5.5 bed) I also purchased the Gazelle 5 sided floor and it fits the Venture almost perfect. You can definitely feel it gets warm inside if in direct sun. So I will purchase some tyvek and use the Gazelle floor as my pattern to make a sun canopy. Overall at this point I am super happy with it. Mine came with 3 wind panels and they were easy to attach as well. Mine also is the brown one with the flaps that go over the panel. I felt it was a little pricey $389. But the pay off is simplicity, quality and I've read the customer service is good. I also added the 3 yr protection plan. Never know. My last gazebo (a cheapy) a bear tore through it. Only got to use it once. Others have treated the top with a water repellent and seam sealer. Some said it wasn't necessary. I guess we'll find out. I'm looking forward to using it.

Easy set up and tear down
So far...I love it. I haven't camp with it yet but I did set it up and tear it down in my garage by myself. I foundbit very easy to put up, take down and get it back in the bag. I'm a 65 year old woman and 5'7" tall. Had I been much shorter I may have needed a stool to pop the center up. When I received the product it had been previously opened and the carry case had a small rip. I was going to send it back but they offered the option of a 25% discount to keep it as is. I sewed the rip up with upholstery thread and so far it's holding up fine.
