I had to have surgery recently and was given a liquid diet the next day. This was on my tray as a means of protein. It’s a gel texture but much easier to get down than most protein powders.I just wish it was a little cheaper.

I purchased this because my doctor told me to up my protein intake to 100 grams per day. I ordered the Lemon because everything Lemon flavored that I’ve tried has been good: this is not.Had to spit out and then I threw out.If you decide to try this, I recommend trying the variety pack for to see if you like the flavor.

I use the larger bottle of protein at home. Decided to try these for on the go situations.Not quite as easy as I thought. Difficult to open and difficult to squeeze out. Feel like a lot gets left in packet. You need scissors to cut open and get to rest of it. So not as portable as I thought.Won’t order again.
