I just wanted to submit an up to date review because the ones I'd read went back to 2021.The product is nicely packaged & resembles the picture. The plate it's placed on is similar to the rattan plates used to support paper plates.The fruit shifted a bit to one end but basic placement stayed the same & was easily placed back to proper position with a gentle shake.The fruit is covered nicely with plastic that easily prevented it from being disarranged.THIS is worth the price with plate, fruits & packaging being very good.I'm happy I took the gamble & bought it despite the complaints others are so free with.

Nothing like the photo. Package is sealed and contents are all mixed together. I also ordered thisto be sent as a gift, terrible presentation.

this came all jumble up and looked like someone threw it in a box. When my guest opened it as a gift. It was very small not worth the price and was all mixed up together and didnt look like picture. Not happy and was embarrassed to give them this gift.

Wow what a gorgeous gorgeous platter. My friend was so excited to get it as she's got diabetes. And she said figs were her favorite. And she just texted me to tell me that she's just enjoying herself watching TV and just eating her dried fruit platter she said they're moist delicious large pieces and she's thrilled to death. And she said to me I must have spent a fortune on it.

I sent this as a get-well gift after a friend came home from the hospital. His doctor told him to eat healthy things for his heart. He and his wife wrote me to say that the fruit was really delicious and they truly enjoyed it. They said it was packed nicely. So I'm giving this five stars because when I spoke to my friend on the phone I could tell in his voice that he was pleased with this and he repeated what was said in the card they mailed me.UPDATE: December 2014. I ordered one of these for myself! My friends were correct on all counts. The fruit is wonderful! The packaging is perfect. The little wicker plate comes inside a fruit-decorated cardboard box that is attractive.The fruit not only was delicious, it was prettily displayed. This does make a great gift. Glad I checked!

I ordered these dry fruits, as a gift for my friend. It came as a big mass. It cannot be used as a gift. What a waste of money.

It's one thing to see the picture and read the description and quite another to hold it in your hand...I wrote HAND, not hands.you can use the basket as a coaster for a coffee mug.Well received gift, but it is small! It was consumed pretty quickly by my small daughter and her skinny mother, buf they enjoyed it.

This was shipped on time as a gift so that was positive. The recipient said the dried pineapple was covered in sugar for some reason and it got all over the other fruit. The dates have pits so please be aware.
