No, we would not recommend using this product on an air fryer.

Will this work on the burnt and baked-on grease on a gas range top??

Works fine for me. I'm a messy cook and not very motivated to clean. If it's not too bad this is great. If it's really bad, I sometimes use (boiling) water to help soften up the mess, then this finishes up the job easily. Or, spray and give it time to work.

Can I use this on stainless steel?

I’ve used it on my stainless steel toaster oven. It worked well. I have not used it on other appliances such as dishwasher or fridge
