I really like have this compact book for report sheets! It has a spot for everything I typically write down in report. My only complaint is, there’s a not a big enough space to write down events. Many patients have been here for multiple days to weeks and I have to try to cram in daily highlights somewhere, but I make it work. Definitely worth the price! Highly recommend!

Especially if you have a patient for several days and have to add info. I think its decent for short stays and patients who are not high acuity. It is small enough to store in your bag.

The book is spiral binding. It is easy to tear but it would be better if it make for tearing since I only want to use it for a shift and throw it away after the shift end. (For HIPPA compliance) the paper are thick and had lot of space to write. It make reports much easier.
