I’m an avid health podcast listener and wannabe biohacker so after hearing about cold plunge benefits a million times I finally just pulled the trigger. It has definitely helped my joint soreness but I do it for the adrenaline rush and morning boost. I think it has also helped my sleep. My wife has slowly started to get into it but she taps out at 55 degrees. I go down to 45 degrees and do it for 3 minutes every morning. I haven’t had any major issues with the chiller and I can tell the tub will probably hold up strong for years to come. I turn it on at night around 9 pm and plunge around 8 am. It’s starting to heat up outside though so we’ll see how it holds. Did have some initial leakage but used the clamps and a thick layer teflon tape to resolve the issue. Also the temperature on the chiller is slightly off from the thermometer temperature so I find myself having to calibrate in the settings sometimes.I want to highlight the help I received from Nick during the initial setup. I’m the type to completely understand everything and ask a million questions and he went above and beyond to answer everything. He made some helpful suggestions for an alternative filter. I added a “whole house” filter with replacement cartridges and bought some attachments to make it fit with the hoses that came with the unit. Draining takes some time so I bought a sump pump that he recommended as well to speed up the process. We just moved and I somehow lost the bathmat but I recently reached out and they are sending me a replacement no hesitation. You will have a lifetime customer in me, thank you!Already recommended this brand to my buddies who will be purchasing soon! 👍

Upgraded my review to 5 Stars. Took a few business days to get a response on my defective chiller, but once they connected, Nick and the customer Service team were outstanding! Asked me a few questions and for a short video so they could review the situation. Then sent me a new chiller the next day! Very timely and professional. Just what you’d expect from a quality company with a quality product.Loved the product for about a month before the chiller stopped working. Have tried to contact the company but no response. There is no phone number available for customer service, only an online form. Can anyone assist? I have seen a couple of other similar reviews where the company sent a new chiller. Will definitely upgrade the rating if someone from the company would contact me and assist.

I was going to give a higher review but shortly after a month the chiller just quit working. I reached out to customer service but no one has gotten back with me, not even an automated response. If they are able to fix this I'll update my review.Update: Customer service is sending me a new chiller so updating to 5 stars due to Nick coming in clutch!

I ordered the tub and chiller. It worked perfectly for about 4 weeks and the chiller stopped working. I contacted customer service and they sent out a new chiller to me the next day. These guys are great. I recommend this product 100 percent.
