Best bar tape I've ever used!
VERY thankful I tried this. Over the years, I've always opted for Lizard Skins, SupaCaz, Specialized, or Fizik. Each time, I've always fussed about any combination of price, durability, ease of installation, or how the tape feels under my hands. Buying this tape was a compete gamble - never heard of it, not a lot of reviews, etc... However, for the price I figured it wouldn't be the end of the world if it didn't work. Turns out, it not only works but it excels in every way. Grippy, nice cushion without losing bar feel, absolutely the easiest to install that I've ever used, and it's simple to clean up. I have white tape and even after dropping a chain and having greasy hands for the remainder of the ride, a simple wipe-down with a warm, soapy rag had the tape looking brand new. Honestly, it's hard to describe the material - it's not exactly a fabric, it's not exactly a cork or foam, and it's not a plastic. It's some weird hybrid of the three that results in a really pleasant tape. It significantly reduces road buzz, has plenty of length, and as another commenter posted, even without an adhesive, this tape stays put once it's installed. Rain hasn't been a problem at all (still grippy) and since I always ride with gloves, I can't comment on how it performs with bare hands. However, based on its performance in the other areas, I'd guess that riding without gloves would be an equally pleasant experience.

Dirty and Not Long Enough
pretty sure i got a returned/used/installed item. been wrapping bars forever and using silicone tapes exclusively the past 3 years. this tape is MAYBE 1.5mm thick if that. most bar tape is at least 2 - 3.5 mil - like ESI. Wolf Tooth silicone is 5mm. but i was willing to make due b/c i liked the silver color. but when i began to wrap, though it stuck nicely to itself in the bends and was super easy to use, no matter how much i stretched, it came up too short to cover the bar (cable tape was exposed). if i had stretched any more it would likely have torn. i did eventually stretch it enough to cover however, it is very thin and provides not cushioning or support of any kind. we need more colors in silicone but i would avoid this brand. just go with the tape you can trust - Serfas made a nice silicone, Fabric makes one, and Genetic, All City, Cannondale, as does ESI, and Wolf Tooth but you pay a premium price. now i know why.

Great for gravel, but on the heavy side.
This reduced that road buzz, and it's easy to wash. I paired this with sorbothane, and my setup has been smooth.Pros:ColorStays the same color, even after dirty ridesEasy applicationEasy to cover area around hoodsHandlebar swappable because it leaves no adhesive residueCons:Heavy: 80 grams for one roll vs. 26 grams for one roll of rubber/corkCan get slippery when wet with sweatI think if you cut into it, like from a crash, it'll tear open pretty easily. I had a small piece that I stretched, and one little cut on the edge made it tear through, but that's the innate nature of silicone.

Good grip tape
This tape really isn't self-adhesive. There is no glue on the back, and it does not bond to itself as self-fusing tapes do. (In fact, I have yet to find a glue that sticks to it--they all just peel right off.) But once it is wrapped around a handlebar, its coefficient of friction is high enough that it will not move around. The surface is textured enough to provide a good grip and the padding definitely improves comfort. Good product!

Its ok
So let me start off with this. It's okay. And that's it its okay for the simple fact its not that comfortable. Its gripy and it went on and installed easily it looks nice and its ok for what it is. I will give it 4 stars because its pretty cool looking and a change up frome the ol cork or fome tape. But its not really comfortable it feels fine but its not as absorbent with the some what bigger bumps you might encounter on a ride but it works. Length is good I will give them that and it comes with little pieces for the brake leavers and I had about 6 inches left when I got done wrapping my bars.Over allGrate product but could be more comfortableThe price is a little much for what it isAs far as durability I believe it will last. It is water resistant and sweat resistant it does hold dust but washed right off with rinse. I am happy with it but could use some improvements.

Plenty of length
I bought this to put on a set of new butterfly handlebars, my main concern was that it wouldn't be long enough, that was not the case, I had a bit left over. I've had the wrap on for about 500 miles of commuting and it barely looks worn, add a nice little bit of padding and doesn't get super slick in the rain.I'm not a bike expert, and there may be some other super solution out there, but this worked really well for a guy commuting an easy 14 miles a day and the price was right.

good bar tape.
this is a nice tape that will absorb a good bit of road vibrations. had never tried this brand before,as i usually get lizard skin or cinelli, but this seems to be just as good as the other well known brands. has a really cool color (orange) that looks really good on my colnago c-40 in mapei colors. would buy again.

Very nice grip for my gravel grinder!
Very happy with this tape for a gravel bike. Fits really large 48cm bars (I ride 38cm on my road bike, so 48cm is huge for me and needs more tape). Probably enough to fit over padded/ergo grips if you need it. I wouldn't add extra padding to these tape (very thick already, almost too thick) but I do want to add some ergo bar tops. Plenty of extra tape, probably would wrap a 52cm bar.
