Very Comfortable Home Office Chair.
This chair provides excellent support for working at home. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble the chair – the two Allen wrenches it takes to assemble it are included. The toughest part of the assembly was attaching the wheels. I found a rubber mallet made short work of the task. The assembly instructions are complete and easy to follow. It can be assembled with or without the arms. The seat is very comfortable. The back has an extra lumbar support support piece which just adds to the comfort. I tried the included headrest but found I was not using it so I have removed it. The chair has two primary adjustments that need to be made. The lever on the right side is used to adjust the height and the knob under the seat adjusts the tension of the reclining movement. I found it easiest to adjust the reclining tension by turning the chair upside down and twisting the knob. Once I tried out a variety of adjustments, I finally found the perfect settings. The chair is very well constructed of new materials. It should last a long time. Best of all, I can work all day sitting in this chair and have NO back pain at the end of the day. It looks great in my office and is a vast improvement over my old padded office chair. I put the old chair out by the street and somebody came by and took it. Win-win all the way around. Highly recommended.

I cannot get the wheels in
It looks like a great and comfortable chair with straightforward and easy instructions. Hence I gave it two stars. But I cannot get the wheels to stay in no matter how hard I push and how long I try. That is the first step to putting the chair together so I can’t go any further which is quite disappointing. And I now have chair parts strewn all over the office floor just waiting to be out together. There are little ridges at the end of the wheel stems which seems like they would click into something that would keep them from falling out of the chair bottom but they will not. When my husband gets home he can probably push them in hard enough but it shouldn’t have to be that way. A wellmade chair should not require Superman strength to put together.

Had a rough start, but...
I had a bit of a rough start with this chair. At first, my son and I could NOT get the wheels to stay in. We decided to continue on with the build and deal with the wheels later. For some reason, we could not figure out the direction some of the parts were supposed to go, because the images in the instructions are not exactly accurate. Had to unscrew and re-screw several parts several times. Finally got it built, but the wheels would still pop out every time I sat in it. I was about to give up and send it back (but I REALLY didn't want to have to take the darn thing apart). Attempted to contact the seller to ask about the wheels with no response. For the record, I still haven't received a response. Used the chair without the wheels for about a week, which was annoying. My chair mat finally arrived in the mail, so I rolled it out on the carpet under my desk. Figured I'd attempt the wheels again on a harder surface. It was a struggle, but I was able to finally get them in by sitting on the chair as I popped them in and letting my body weight force each wheel into the base. The chair is fine. I wouldn't say it's crazy comfortable or uncomfortable for me. I have a vibrating lumbar pillow attached, which I love (unrelated to the chair). I do love that the chair has a high back, so I can rest my neck when I want to. The chair raises and lowers easily. Now that the wheels are in, it rolls easily. It's a decent chair.

Decent chair
Office chairs are usually very expensive for good quality. This chair is not that expensive but has all the great things you would expect from a good quality chair. It's comfortable and has many support options. Easy 5 stars.

Hubbie Loves This Chair
Bought this for my husband to have a nice chair at his desk (and I could get my dining room chair back). He resisted putting together the chair but finally got it done. It took about 30 minutes to assemble. He ended up having to puncture the fabric on the bottom of the chair to add the hardware. The holes were there but the machine didn't cut out the fabric for those holes. Other than that small problem, it was pretty straightforward to assemble. All in all, a very nice chair that's being enjoyed.

Very comfortable!
I'm an odd duck, with a long upper body and short legs, so the high back of this chair is perfect for me. The height doesn't adjust quite as low as I need it to, but, then, it never does, which is why I have a footrest at my desk. There's also a little extra depth, as well as width, on the seat, which I also love due to a long-ago broken femur that healed with a ridge on the bone that gets uncomfortable quickly if a chair hits me in the wrong spot.I also love the lack of faux-leather detailing. I've gone through several faux-leather office chairs, and even the expensive ones have lasted as little as a couple of years before they start peeling and flaking. That's why I love the mesh back and molded arms on this model. About the only maintenance I need to do on it is occasionally using a hand vacc on the seat.It assembled easily for us but, then, we've put together probably five chairs in the past year alone - three for desks at home and two for college apartments - so we pretty much know the drill. The wheels on these were a little harder than many to push in, but we did get it.

This is a very well-built, comfortable, computer chair
This is a very heavy, solid, well-built, and comfortable desk chair. I was amazed by the weight of this item in the box. the hydraulics works great, and the wheels are smooth for moving and positioning. My grandmother is 87 and she has no issues moving around and rolling this. Plus the adjustable armrests are a very convenient feature!
