these taste great, so taking 2 a day is easy. honestly, limiting to 2 a day isn't so easy.Glutathione has myriad benefits in the body, including increasing collagen production. I take a healthy dose or two of collagen every day (±10g grams) and think taking glutathione as well can only help my body utilize both better.this price seems reasonable in the current market on such products. As with most such products, that may shift one way or the other as market trends go up or down.

In the past couple years I've been making an effort to increase my intake of collagen, whether through protein powders or supplements. This is the first gummy variation I've tried and I like the taste and am happy with the results. They're easy to take and the taste and smell are like strawberries. They're a softer texture and dosage is 2 per day. Good product for the price.
